The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The parking space by the entrance to the apartment marked with yellow lines and with number 13a inside the space is for the exclusive use of guests from check in until check out (extending these times may be an additional fee). The property is accessed via a flight of external stairs which are quite steep and narrow and may not be suitable for the less agile. There are hand rails on both sides. The property itself has 3 steps up from the kitchen to the rest of the apartment.
Good to know
The apartment was fully refurbished in 2023 with a new boiler, electric radiators, shower room and flooring. It's a fabulous space, decorated in a fun mid century style.
